Field Manager - responsible for managing and orchestrating a team of security officers performing vehicular patrol tour activiites for a base of customers that includes apartment complexes, and commercial and residential communities. Management tools include GPS tracking, Internet-based voice/ instant messaging communications and proprietary routing and reporting software; all to ensure officers are performing the designated number of tours per evening and the special attention items requested by customers.
Personality characteristics needed to successfully manage these responsibilites include task orientation, leadership skills, and an ablility to solve problems in a timely fashion. Previous supervisory experience is required.
