The Industrial Security Representative will perform duties as a Program Security Representative and Contractor Security Officer for one or more Special Access Programs to include Sensitive Compartmented Information. Responsibilities include the development and administration of security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment; implementation of federal security regulations that apply to company operations; acquisition of rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies; preparation of manuals outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor access to restricted records and materials. In addition, the Industrial Security Representative will conduct security education classes, investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventative action to be taken.

BS or BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined with education with at least six (6) years of professional security experience in a Special-Access Program/Special Access Required environment.

TS security clearance required.

Working knowledge of the NISPOM, NISPOM Overprint and the JAFAN series of security manuals for special programs plus JPAS and SIMS experience.

Must be able to analyze and interpret security regulations and prepare fixed facilities checklists for SCIFs/SAP/SARs.

Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
