Registered Nurse (RN) Contract Position Decatur, GA Monday Friday Day Shift Immediate Start Available Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position at a busy pediatric clinic in Decatur, GA. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys working with children and families in a fast-paced, supportive outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients (infants through adolescents)
Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and medical history documentation
Administer immunizations and medications as ordered
Assist providers during exams and minor procedures
Educate parents/guardians on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
Ensure a clean, safe, and child-friendly clinical environment
Schedule:
Monday Friday
Day shift (no weekends)
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Georgia
Current BLS certification (PALS preferred)
Pediatric experience strongly preferred (clinic or hospital setting)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
